2023-24 was a significant year for E&H Foundation where we directly implemented education program in 60 villages in 2 blocks of Farrukhabad district.
-
Creating visibility and awareness through various platforms: E&H Foundation enhanced its presence and promoted its mission via social media networks, case studies, video documentation, and an updated website. They also co-organised two conferences and actively participated in the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon for four consecutive years - ADHM 15, ADHM 16, ADHM 17, and ADHM 2018.

Improving educational outcomes: Over three years, the foundation significantly improved grade-appropriate competencies and reading abilities of 5,000 underprivileged children. Independent assessments by Education Initiative indicated that children educated under these models performed much higher than those in government schools and were on par with the best CBSE schools, at a cost of just ₹5000 per child per year.
-
Expansion to Lucknow and Kanpur: Starting from the academic year 2016-17, E&H Foundation expanded its operations to the cities of Lucknow and Kanpur. Additionally, they initiated a pilot project in 2016-17 to support the continued education of children in classes 4 to 6 in Farrukhabad.
-
Support for education in 2019-20: In this academic year, the foundation supported the education of 7,500 children in partnership with two models, covering 100 slums in 2 districts of UP.
-
Health interventions: The foundation organised three health camps in rural Farrukhabad and began exploring partnerships for piloting preventive health programs around the education clusters in three districts.
-
Focus on primary and elementary education: Since its inception, E&H Foundation had a strong focus on primary and elementary education, with ongoing efforts to explore other models for enabling quality education for children from classes 6th to 12th.
-
Long-term goal: E&H Foundation set an ambitious target to reach 100,000 children by 2030, inviting support and partnerships to achieve this goal.

These initiatives highlighted the foundation's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged children in UP, while also integrating health interventions to support their overall well-being.
