E&H Foundation has launched the Comprehensive Preventive Healthcare Program in Mohalla Garhi Kidvai Nagar, Shamshabad, Farrukhabad, U.P. on 21 January 2025.

This program represents a major milestone in E&H Foundation’s mission to build a healthier future through proactive, community-centered healthcare.

The program aims to improve community health outcomes through preventive healthcare services.

Interventions on the basis of the hub-and-spoke model, include general health check-ups, basic vision screenings, eye and dental check-ups, awareness and counselling sessions on immunization, nutrition and healthy diet, referrals to PHCs/hospitals for further treatment.

Partnerships have been established with local healthcare providers to ensure access to quality medical care.

The initiative focuses on preventing health issues before they escalate, enhancing health security.
